Terms of use

1. The service

PostisPop lets you create, organize, sync and share digital boards and notes. Some features may be offered in beta, evolve or become unavailable. We will inform you of significant changes when reasonable.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, keep control of your credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where the law provides otherwise. You may use email and password or an available identity provider, such as Google.

3. Permitted use

You may not use PostisPop to infringe third-party rights, distribute illegal content, harass others, introduce malicious software, bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, perform abusive load testing or use the service in a way that harms other users or the infrastructure.

4. Your content

You retain the rights to the content you add. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to host, process, display, sync and share it according to your instructions. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to what you upload and for choosing appropriately whom you share a board or link with.

5. Intellectual property

The brand, design, software, illustrations and other elements belonging to PostisPop are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights, except for the limited and revocable right to use the service in accordance with them.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but interruptions, maintenance or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur. We recommend keeping backups of important information. Nothing in these terms excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

7. Paid features

Before any purchase, we will show the price, applicable taxes, features and conditions. Payments will be managed by the provider identified during checkout. Where applicable, consumers retain their legal rights, including withdrawal, subject to the exceptions for digital content or services begun with express consent.

8. Suspension and account closure

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may restrict or suspend an account that breaches these terms, compromises security or causes harm, endeavoring to give notice where possible. Account deletion does not affect outstanding obligations or retention required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their place of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law. For questions or complaints, write to postispop@gmail.com.

10. Free Saturday prize wheel

The roulette is not part of the current PostisPop offering. The text of this section is retained as a reference to the terms of that feature. Its publication does not enable new participation or change the terms applicable to participation that has already taken place.

Participation

One free spin per registered account every Saturday, according to Madrid time. No purchase is necessary. Unused spins do not roll over. Each spin can award at most one prize, and its result is retained in the account.

Odds

During the first six Saturdays, counted from the first completed spin, the overall chance of winning is 1 in 6. After 42 days, it becomes 1 in 10 and includes country designs. Visiting the website or signing up does not start this period.

The six brands total 6 in 100,000 (0.006%). These odds are included in the overall chance of winning, not added to it.

The comparison with the Lotería Nacional refers only to matching the first-prize number: 1 in 100,000. It does not refer to winning any prize or to the prize amount. PostisPop is not associated with Loterías y Apuestas del Estado.

Other prizes

You may also win designs you do not own, a reward credit if no designs remain available, and lifetime Premium. In the digital-prize branch, Premium has a 1 in 10,000 chance if the account does not already have Premium.

Claiming and delivery

If you win a card, the prize-wheel form asks for your name and contact email to process it. The winning brand is recorded and cannot be changed. Saving the request does not mean the prize has been delivered. The format and regional availability will be confirmed during processing.

Planned devices, not yet active

iPhone 18 Pro and 2026 MacBook Air, with planned odds of 1 in 100,000 for each device. These devices are not yet included in the prize wheel. Their configuration and delivery terms will be published before they are activated.

Purchases and communications

Spins are not sold, and payments are disabled. Email reminders are not active yet. Brand names identify prizes and do not imply sponsorship or partnership.

11. Optional usage measurement

You can accept or reject measurement in “Measurement preferences”. If you accept, PostisPop sends events to its server for page views, control clicks, scrolling, active time and feature usage. Random browser and session identifiers are used to calculate return visits; they do not represent unique individuals. Note text, form values, email addresses and full IP addresses are not sent in these events.

The browser identifier is renewed after 90 days. You can withdraw consent using the same control. Reports for the last 30 days are reserved for the owner's account. Exits and timings are estimates affected by the connection, blockers and consent. Google Analytics and geographic data are not connected yet.
