Getting started
- Define a focused challenge. How can we simplify sign-up? is more useful than improve the entire app. Write one proposal per note, even if it is still imperfect.
- Group similar proposals using words or colors. Look for options that solve the same problem with different levels of effort; do not discard an idea just because some details are still missing.
- Choose a small test and write down what you want to learn. A useful decision ends with an action, a review date and an observable sign that the idea works.
