Collaborative whiteboard: prepare a shared space with clear rules

Before inviting other people, define what you expect from them: reading information, contributing ideas or changing decisions. A shared board needs a common goal and a way to distinguish proposals from agreements. Creating an account does not, by itself, mean sharing a board.

Write a note

An example to put it into practice

Goal · Set priorities

Proposal · One idea per person

Agreement · Owner and date

Getting started

  1. Write down the goal and expected outcome. One concrete example is finishing the session with three actions and a person responsible for each one.
  2. Set out who can edit and who only needs to read. Review the participants when the project ends and avoid entering information that not everyone should see.
  3. In PostisPop, links and invitations are under review. Until they are enabled and confirmed, you can prepare the content and share an export. That copy is not real-time collaboration.

A common question

Can I create an editable link now?

Link and invitation management is under review. This version does not present a link as active unless the server has confirmed it.
