PostisPop is a sticky-note board for capturing ideas, preparing tasks and bringing together information you need to see side by side. You can start for free with six notes, without creating an account.

Open a note and start writing. Use one idea or action per note: a call to make, a study question or the next step of a project.

You can change the color, add a written tag such as #work and draw on the paper. Text and color search covers the different pages of the board. Protected notes do not reveal their content in search.

Understand where your notes are saved.

Without signing in, local notes and attachments stay in that browser and on that device. They do not automatically appear on another phone or computer. Clearing browser data can delete that local copy.

The notes in your account need a connection to sync. Check the save status: having a change saved on the device does not mean it has already been saved in the cloud. Local attachments from another device may not be available here.

Keep a backup before changing devices.

In “Advanced options”, save a JSON backup to preserve notes, drawings and attachments available on this device. Protected notes remain encrypted. Keep their passwords separately: there is no password recovery.

The PNG image includes all notes on the board up to a maximum of one hundred, with shortened text, colors and drawing strokes; it does not include attachments. Printing lets you save a copy of the text as a PDF. These exports do not replace a complete backup.

The web version supports backups up to 50 MB. The Android version saves files up to 10 MB. On Android, saving is only confirmed once the file has finished writing; canceling the picker does not download a backup.

Share with clear expectations.

Editable links and invitations are under review. You can prepare a board and share an export yourself, but that copy does not update when you change the notes.

Free includes six notes. Premium is planned at €2.95 per month, €9.95 per year or €59.95 for life. New purchases are not enabled yet.
